# Sharing

> Share creatives, context, projects, and review links with teammates or clients.

Sharing is how you move work out of a private creation flow and into review, approval, or execution. Use it when someone needs to inspect an output, give feedback, approve a claim, or reuse an asset.

## What to share

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Finished creatives" icon="image">
    Share final static ads, video ads, resized exports, and campaign-ready assets when the reviewer only needs the output.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Projects and chats" icon="messages-square">
    Share the project when the reviewer needs the reasoning, prompt history, context, variants, or iteration trail.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Asset collections" icon="folder-open">
    Share approved assets, reference examples, UGC clips, logos, and product shots when another person needs to build from the same source material.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Reports and research" icon="chart-no-axes-combined">
    Share competitor research, performance monitoring summaries, and scheduled-run outputs when the team needs the decision record.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Choose the right sharing level

| Need                       | Best sharing path                                                               |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Fast creative approval | Share the exported asset or final creative view. |
| Strategic review | Share the project, including prompt, context, variants, and selected direction. |
| Client handoff | Share a curated set of approved outputs, not every draft. |
| Legal or compliance review | Share the exact creative plus the claim source or supporting context. |
| Team reuse | Share assets through the Asset Drive or the relevant brand/product context. |

## Review workflow

<Steps>
  <Step title="Share the final candidate">
    Send the smallest thing that contains the decision: asset, project, research summary, or report.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ask for specific feedback">
    Separate approval questions from strategy questions. For example: "Is this claim approved?" is different from "Do we like this angle?"
  </Step>

  <Step title="Apply edits in Superscale">
    Bring feedback back into the project so the final output and reasoning stay together.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Move approved assets into the right home">
    Store reusable assets in the Asset Drive, high-performing examples in brand context, and product-specific examples at product level.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Share modes

| Mode                      | Best for                                                                                |
| ------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Public display link** | Let someone view a creative, export, or asset without needing the full working context. |
| **Review link** | Collect comments and feedback on an output or exported creative. |
| **Project or chat share** | Bring a teammate into the reasoning, prompts, context, variants, and decisions. |
| **Asset handoff** | Share approved files from Asset Drive or export views for execution. |

Review links are useful when the decision is about a specific asset. Project sharing is useful when the decision depends on why the agent made something.

<Tip>
  Share only the material needed for the decision. Use project sharing when the reviewer needs context; use asset or review links when they only need the output.

## Common questions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Should I share a project or export the asset?">
    Export the asset when the recipient only needs the final creative. Share the project when they need to understand the brief, context, prompt, variants, or reasoning.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How should agencies share work with clients?">
    Share a curated review set: final candidates, short rationale, and the decision needed. Keep internal rejected drafts, experimental prompts, and unrelated client context out of client-facing shares.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What should I include for legal or compliance review?">
    Include the exact creative, the claim being reviewed, the supporting source, and any relevant brand or product guardrails. Do not make reviewers reconstruct the claim trail from memory.
