Use this page as the cross-platform status reference. Each integration has separate capabilities for reading data, creating assets or campaign objects, publishing live, and managing existing campaigns. A connected account does not automatically enable every action.

What you get today

Connecting an ad account makes Superscale read your real performance and creative history before it writes anything back. Analysis is live for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Write actions are narrower and platform-specific: Meta supports campaign, ad set, ad, budget, status, and creative actions; Google supports Search/Display campaign setup, responsive search ads, status changes, and campaign daily budgets; TikTok supports video campaign setup, video upload, ad creation, and pause/resume. Connecting does not hand your account over. Superscale does not silently launch ads, enable campaigns, pause delivery, or move budget. Anything that spends money or changes delivery goes through an approval step.

Getting your ads live

Once the agent has made your ads, there are two launch paths:

Export and upload

Always available for finished assets. Download the files and upload them in the ad platform yourself.

Direct publishing

Available only for supported platform actions after the required write permission and account prerequisites are in place. Review the platform rows below before relying on it.
“Supported” does not mean “automatic.” The rows below separate setup actions from delivery actions. Meta and Google write tools are approval-gated; TikTok ad creation and pause/resume actions are approval-gated, while campaign and ad group setup can create non-delivering records before the final ad exists.

Nothing spends without you

Autonomous budget changes and hands-off media buying are not default behavior. Anything that can start delivery, pause or resume delivery, archive or remove delivery, change budget, or replace live creative waits for your approval.

How approvals work

Approval is a blocking checkpoint before a gated platform API action runs. The approval card shows the platform, action, action description, and fields for that one step. Approve it to send the action, edit supported creation drafts before approving, or decline it so the action is not sent. Approval-gated actions run one at a time. Meta and Google launch flows can produce multiple approval cards, and each approved step is sent to the platform before the next step starts. TikTok approval is concentrated on final ad creation and pause/resume actions. If a later step is declined or fails, Superscale does not automatically undo earlier approved records. Meta and Google creation steps default to paused; TikTok campaign and ad group setup does not deliver until an ad exists.

How connection works

Superscale connects through each platform’s official API using OAuth. You authorize from the platform’s own login, never share a password, and can revoke access from the platform. Where a platform separates read and write permissions, start with read access for analysis and add write access only when you want publishing or campaign management.

Account not showing up?

If a connected ad account does not appear, check the platform-specific requirements first:
  • Meta: Business Manager access, selected ad account, Page access, Instagram account access, and granted permission scope.
  • Google Ads: customer account access, manager account linkage, and login customer ID when using an MCC.
  • TikTok Ads: advertiser access, ads-read permission, ads-management for write actions, and a linked BC_AUTH_TT or TT_USER identity when publishing is needed.
If the account is still missing, contact support with the platform, account ID, connected login, and a screenshot of the account selection screen.

The distinctions worth knowing

Meta Ads vs Instagram

Meta Ads is the paid side, covering your Facebook and Instagram ad placements. The Instagram integration is the organic side, for publishing posts and Reels. Paid Instagram is Meta Ads; organic Instagram is the Instagram integration.

TikTok Ads vs TikTok organic

TikTok Ads connects your TikTok Business advertiser account for paid campaigns. TikTok organic publishes to your creator account, and doubles as an early read on what’s landing.

Analyzing vs launching

Analysis is the read side: connect an account and Superscale can inspect supported performance and creative data. Launching is the write side: export manually, or use direct publishing where the platform row above lists the action as supported and the required permissions are present. Ad delivery and spend-changing actions stay approval-gated.
