The four upload surfaces
| Surface | Use it for | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Context files | Durable facts, rules, briefs, claims, ICPs, customer language | Future agent work |
| Asset Drive | Reusable visuals, videos, references, exports, and source material | Future creative work |
| Product/brand setup | Core brand and product facts, logos, images, pronunciation | Brand/product inheritance |
| Chat attachments | Files needed for the current task only | Current task |
What belongs in Drive
Creative references
Winning ads, competitor references, layouts, style examples, and inspiration.
Exact assets
Product images, packaging, screenshots, app UI, logos, fonts-as-images, B-roll, and footage.
Outputs
Generated statics and videos you may want to iterate, resize, or export later.
Reports and briefs
Account audits, campaign briefs, PDFs, CSVs, and other files the agent should analyze or reuse.
Organizing assets
Asset Drive supports more than upload and storage. Use it to keep creative material findable:- Create folders for campaigns, products, references, or launch batches.
- Rename, move, favorite, and delete files as the library evolves.
- Filter by brand, product, file type, labels, and asset category.
- Save outputs or competitor references into Drive when they should be reused later.
- Connect files to the brand or product they belong to so the agent can retrieve the right source material.
How to avoid confusion
If you need the agent to remember something long-term, save it as context or an asset in the right scope. If you only need it for one task, attach it to the chat. If exact product accuracy matters, attach the asset directly to the generation prompt too.Reference images & winning ads
