Most social video gets watched on mute, so captions matter. Superscale can add synced captions as a post-processing layer, styled from your saved video defaults.

How captions work

Automatic, on, or off

Saved video settings let captions run in Auto mode, force them on, or keep them off by default.

Styled to your brand

Set position, preset, shadow, baseline text style, and highlighted text style.

Brand defaults

Your brand’s Video Context controls caption and end-card defaults for future video generations.

Readable everywhere

Captions should be checked against the final safe zone before launch or publishing.

Where to set them

Use Context & Skills -> Video Context to set:
  • Captions: Auto, On, or Off.
  • Caption position: top, center, or bottom.
  • Caption shadow: none, min, mid, or max.
  • Baseline and highlighted font, weight, and color.
  • Caption preset.
Do not ask the video model to draw captions inside the generated scene. Captions are applied after the video render so they can stay editable and consistent with your brand settings.
Set your caption style once at the brand level and every new video inherits it, one less thing to adjust in review.
